Our mission is to support children from developing countries receiving heart treatment in Jacksonville, Florida.
Our Vision
Our vision is that every child born with a congenital heart defect would have access to the care that could save their life.
What We Do
We support children from developing countries who are receiving heart treatment at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. We work with Patrons of the Hearts, a local organization that has been bringing children with congenital heart disease to Jacksonville, FL to receive life-saving heart treatment since 2005. Our partnership with them has allowed us to come alongside their mission and support the families they serve.
We sponsor children from developing countries each year to come to Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida for life-saving heart treatment. A sponsorship includes funding the cost of travel, lodging, logistical planning and medications for the child. It also includes supporting the child and their family while they are here in Jacksonville with a community who comes around them to bring meals, pray and care for the family during their stay.
To ensure longevity of the international pediatric heart program at Wolfson Children's Hospital, we have a goal to raise $1.5 million to establish an endowment that will support a Professorship in International Pediatric Cardiology. This program will ensure the future continuation of the international heart program at Wolfson Children's Hospital and invest in a dedicated pediatric cardiologist to oversee all international patients who are receiving heart treatment in the Cardiac ICU.
