What We Do

At The Will King Foundation, we are dedicated to creating opportunities that help children grow strong, dream big, and build brighter futures. Through programs that support health, education, and youth sports, we strive to empower kids and their families with the tools and experiences they need to thrive. Guided by our mission to inspire healthy hearts and bright futures, we work to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in our community and beyond.

Children's Healthcare

In partnership with Patrons of the Hearts, we sponsor children from developing countries each year to come to Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida for life-saving heart treatment.  A sponsorship includes funding the cost of travel, lodging, logistical planning and medications for the child.  It also includes supporting the child and their family while they are here in Jacksonville with a community who comes around them to bring meals, pray and care for the family during their stay.

Education and Youth Sports

We are proud to support education and youth sports programs that reflect our mission and honor the legacy of our son, Will. By partnering with local nonprofits, youth sports organizations, and educational institutions across Jacksonville, we help provide opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Whether it’s supporting academic resources, funding youth sports programs, or creating spaces where kids can build confidence and teamwork, our goal is to inspire healthy hearts and bright futures while keeping Will’s spirit of joy alive in our community.
